Lennox is the CEO, Managing Partner and Self Proclaimed Entertainment Officer of the company. “I started investing in real estate over 12 years ago and I pretty much do a LOTTA bit of everything, including meeting with clients, analyzing properties, budgets, managing our website, marketing campaigns, rehab projects, putting out fires and anything else the team needs. If you see me out and about please come over and say hi. I would love to buy you a burger or a beer and discuss how we can help you or someone you know”. In his spare time he is with family, works out, reads, and is glued to the tv during NBA and NFL season.
Javion might be one of the youngest acquisition/disposition managers in the business. His role as our Acquisitions Manager is to follow up with all leads from our virtual assistants, schedule appointments and assist with calculating offers. As our business grows, he will throw on his disposition manager hat a little more, continue to work and develop a larger network of partners for our single and multifamily inventory. When not juggling multiple positions in the company, he enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, working out and watching movies.
Runez is our Operations Manager. She manages the entire operation, assures that we stay on track and that we are where we need to be. Runez also handles all administrative functions of the company and manages our Social Media accounts. When not bossing everyone around at the company, she spends time with family, watching her favorite tv shows and shopping,… of course.
